Question by : What weight loss pill can I get at a regular drug store, that will actually work?

PLEASE don’t answer this telling me not to use weight loss pills.
I want a weight loss pill that I can conveniently get at any drug store that is safe, and actually works…
Has anyone had any experience with them, and know some that work?

There is no ‘magic’ pill. Eat less,move more is the only real way to lose weight.

I know it’s bad. I have even seen a nutritionist about the dangers of it. But I am 5’4 and 115 pounds. I know it’s not over weight but it’s a little pudgy and the place I work at requires me to be very thin I know sucks :/ anyways can you please tell me when the weight loss will start to become noticeable? So I don’t feel so bad?

You should eat more calories and just try exercising/ running. It should be easy to loose a few lbs with just a little exersice a day. When you dont eat enough your metabolism does not kick in which in turn you will not loose weight.

They don’t. Most just boost up the levels of caffeine in your body so that your metabolism is higher. The same effect can be done by drinking a couple cups of coffee.

They are normally safe, but are not monitored well by the FDA and if you have any heart problems they can have serious effects.
